Colors

We make every reasonable effort to display our products accurately, including their composition and colors. The color you see depends on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will display these colors accurately.

The price of the advertised products includes only the product itself; any decoration that may appear in the photo is not included in the price.

Delivery is not included in the delivery price. It is charged additionally at the end of the order.

2. Prices and delivery costs

1. What are the delivery costs?

Delivery costs vary depending on the quantity of products ordered, their weight, and the delivery method you have chosen.

2. How long does it take to ship orders?

Shipments are processed and dispatched within 72 hours, but if there is a change, we will inform you at the email address you provided. However, we also take breaks sometimes :)

3. Courier company

In Bulgaria, your orders are delivered by the shipping company Econt.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, it should arrive at the address you provided within one business day. Please note that once we hand over the shipment to the courier, we no longer have control over the process.

3. Ordering/concluding a contract

You can place your order through our website www.mijou.eu. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirming your order. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. If we have already received payment for such an order, we will attempt to refund the amount using the same payment method used to make the payment. 4. Right to return purchased goods

If the goods you have received are defective, please notify us before proceeding with the return. If possible and if you wish, we can send you the necessary parts to replace them and save you the inconvenience.

Our priority is that our customers are satisfied and happy with the products they have ordered and use every day.

5. Payment methods.

Credit or debit card

You can pay for your order with a valid debit or credit card. We at "A Plus Trading" Ltd. do not have access to this information and use an external service provider for this service, which guarantees the smooth processing of the transaction and its security.

Cash on delivery

You can choose to pay cash on delivery upon receipt of the goods, without additional fees.

6. Colors

We make every reasonable effort to display our products accurately, including their composition and colors. The color you see depends on your device, and we cannot guarantee that the colors you see are accurate.

7. Warranty

If there are defects in the goods you have purchased, we will comply with all legal provisions regarding warranties. If you have any complaints about obvious defects, please do not hesitate to contact us.

When requesting a warranty, the defective product must be presented in its original packaging, together with the relevant accessories, the original receipt, and the invoice, if available. If the products are not accompanied by these documents, the products may be returned to the applicant/sender without the warranty being honored.

The warranty offered for the products presented on the website is 1 year.

8. Custom-made jewelry

When a customer requests custom-made jewelry, the customer must send the materials at their own expense if they want the jewelry to be made with their personal materials. While the jewelry is being made, the design will be agreed upon with the customer, and after approval is received, production will begin. If, upon receiving notification/information from us that the jewelry is ready for shipment, we do not receive a response or the jewelry is not collected within 30 calendar days, we reserve the right to offer it for sale.

9. Severability

If any part of these Terms and Conditions is rejected or found to be invalid by a court or regulatory authority, the other Terms and Conditions will continue to be valid.
